Andrew Fletcher grew up near Canberra, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Science and a Masters in Physio. He started his physio career in Canberra working with some of the country’s leading chronic pain clinicians.

Andrew has traded the open country skies of Bungendore for city-living, and he has made himself a Randwick / Clovelly local for the past 8 years. Since coming to Sydney he has worked at some of Sydney’s best sports and orthopaedic physio practices, as well as gaining significant experience with occupational health, pain management and pitch-side sports physio.

Andrew loves all aspects of being a physio, and especially enjoys the wide-array of people that he gets to engage with on a daily basis. Two of Andrew’s favourite jobs have been as in-house physio at a chocolate factory, and a locum role in aged-care (both roles involved eating lots of chocolates with the patients).

Despite saying to anyone who would listen (and many who wouldn’t) that he would never open a business, the opportunity to open a practice in the neighbourhood that he loves was too great to pass up. At Movement, Andrew wants to apply top-level physio care to the athletes, wanna-be athletes, and never-been athletes of his local community.
