Dr Magdy graduated from the University of New South Wales, and joined the Schwarz Family Practice as a GP Registrar in 2009. He has been interested in a career in General Practice since being awarded the prize for best performance in the rural General Practice component of his undergraduate degree. After completing his GP training, Adel began consulting from the practice as a General Practitioner. Adel is one of the Rural Fire Service (RFS) medical assessors, completing both the Arduous Pack and Breathing Apparatus medicals. Being an avid traveller himself, he has a special interest in Travel Health, and has previously worked in hospitals in Kenya and Tanzania.
