Bianca is a provisionally registered psychologist with experience working in both public and private sectors with adults and adolescents presenting with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, substance misuse and personality disorders. Bianca has a particular interest in working with young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, addictions including substance misuse and Borderline Personality Disorder. Bianca uses a variety of evidence-based interventions including Dialectical Behavioural-informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Focused Therapy. Bianca has completed additional training in delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills and substance use treatment. Bianca enjoys working together with clients to reduce their vulnerabilities to painful emotions, increase their skills to be able to regulate their own emotions and improve skills for communicating effectively with others. Bianca has completed postgraduate studies, undertaking her PhD research with Indigenous communities in Australia and Mexico
