Dr Colin Nelson is the principal dentist at Northside Orthodontics. Dr Nelson has been treating patients of all ages since 1988 when he received his orthodontic qualifications. Taking great pride in his work, he works alongside patients to provide personalised treatment plans to help correct undesirable bites and achieve a beautiful smile.
In addition to his role at Northside Orthodontics, Dr Nelson is also a part-time honorary senior lecturer at the University of Queensland where he enjoys imparting his knowledge on to the next generation of orthodontists. Some of his research over the years has also been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.
Away from the practice Dr Nelson enjoys spending quality time with his family and getting outdoors playing golf, going to the beach and bushwalking.
