I am interested in helping people obtain better life quality. I like to work with someone to go beyond a symptom. I like to uncover previously unrecognized stressors and help you replace them with things that bring you a happier state and inner strength and when talking with others. My main focus since the late 1970s has been in understanding the connection and interplay between values thoughts and physiological response and behaviour. Although not really obvious I use a biopsychosocial perspective when helping you determine your needs and we work together to decide how to get those needs met in a better way to what is not working now, whether physical, work, self concept or with others or the secret pain of trauma. At your request, I can talk to employers. I can do reports. All my past research had a goal of better therapy. My website lists my research and and range of strategy and therapy styles and practice history. 33 years experience but not old in spirit.
