Associate Professor Rob Will is a consultant rheumatologist and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia (UWA). He has research interests in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, the spondyloarthropathies, and osteoporosis. He studies these interests in conjunction with researchers at Curtin University and UWA. He is the principle investigator at the Colin Bayliss Research Unit for arthritis and osteoporosis clinical trials.
Professor Will is a visiting rheumatologist at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital and St John of God Subiaco Hospital. Additionally, he is the Medical Director of the Virtual Rheumatology Centre, with more than 25 years of rheumatological experience.
Professor Will has experience with connective tissue diseases, osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Other professional interests include tutoring medical students at the University of Notre Dame and UWA. He is the Director of Osteoporosis Solutions (Australia), a company undertaking bone density scanning around Australia. He is also The WA president of The Australian Rheumatology Association.
