Vasa graduated with an MBBS from Adelaide University in 1971 & commenced work as a GP in Mildura in 1972 where he conducted his own practice until 2007. He was involved in all aspects of family care including Obstetrics for 20 years & completed the DRANZCOG diploma in 1981 from Melbourne. He left his own practice in 2007 in order to bolster the waning local GP workforce by joining a teaching corporate practice, where he was appointed GP supervisor until returning to Adelaide in 2012. With over 45 years of General Practice experience he maintains a strong commitment to all aspects of individual and family care.
