Dr. Vinisha Khushal is a compassionate and dedicated female General Practitioner originally from Fiji. She completed her pre-medical studies with a Bachelor of Medical Science at Western Sydney University, followed by her MBBS degree in Fiji. After completing her internship, she began her medical career in Adelaide in 2021 and later moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2022, where she undertook various hospital rotations at SCUH before pursuing her passion for GP training.
Dr. Khushal provides holistic and patient-centered care, with a special interest in child health, immunisations, women’s health (including antenatal, postnatal care, and family planning), preventive medicine, mental health consults and care plans, and chronic disease management. She is also skilled in procedures such as cryotherapy, Pap smears, Implanon insertion and removal, and iron infusions.
