Hi. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals and couples who are experiencing various forms of distress. I have a keen interest in helping people suffering with anxiety, OCD and post-natal difficulties, and those experiencing relationship discord. I believe people have within them the capacity to learn new ways of navigating through life, ways that may be better suited to them reaching their goals. I aim to create a warm and comfortable space and strive to introduce the various research-based strategies with patience and compassion, and a collaborative attitude, to help people take steps towards the life they want to lead.
