Melissa Juzva is an Educational & Developmental Psychologist. Melissa’s career as a psychologist has involved work in all sectors of education & she believes it is imperative to work closely with schools to assist them in supporting the young people she works with. Melissa works with children & adolescents with behavioural, emotional & social difficulties. She conducts autism assessments, cognitive & learning assessments as well as run regular groups such as the SAS (Secret Agent Society) and PEERS (social skills for adolescents with Autism). Melissa was the first Australian Psychologist to attend and run this evidence based program. Melissa works closely with a team of Paediatricians at Complete Children's Health as well as local speech pathologists and occupational therapists to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to care. Melissa also provides supervision to a number of registrars seeking to attain their endorsement in the area of Educational & Developmental Psychology.
