Paula Carleton grew up in Ireland and completed her Physiotherapy degree at Keele University in the UK in 2009. Since graduating Paula has worked in private practice both in Ireland and Australia. While it makes her feel old saying this, over the years Paula has gained extensive knowledge on a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Paula has both a hands-on and holistic approach to treating patients. She is dedicated to identifying the true source of your injury or condition in order to help you treat it effectively. Educating patients about their injury is an integral aspect of Paula’s treatment techniques. This helps her to deliver and achieve the best possible health outcomes for you.
Paula is passionate about Pilates, in particular the reformer. Incorporating Pilates into your regular exercise routine provides plenty of well-rounded benefits especially as we progress through the various stages of life.
