I have worked in private practice for over 20 years. I work with individuals experiencing a range of psychological problems, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorder. I have also worked for many years in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) sector so am able to help people who are suffering from workplace difficulties such as bullying, harassment or work/life balance. My clients span many life stages - those experiencing life transition problems in their early adulthood, mothers with postnatal depression, those going through separation or divorce, individuals facing retirement and people who are experiencing grief. I worked in the hospital mental health system, so am also able to help those with the more difficult mental illnesses, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I am also registered with WorkCover to provide therapy to individuals under the workers compensation scheme. Additionally, I am a registered ATAP provider.
