I have been working with children, young people, adults and families for the last 20 years and counselling for the last eleven years. My areas of focus are working with people who have experienced trauma such as but not limited to sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, etc. I also work with attachment issues helping people to understand their relationship templates and how to heal these so they can live a life that they would prefer. I also work with people who are experiencing a general discontent with life and would like to improve their happiness.
