Tara completed her Osteopathic studies at RMIT University and brings a broad health and fitness background to her clinical practice. With previous studies in nutrition and many years of industry experience, she values a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She appreciates that Osteopathy allows her to tailor care to each individual, addressing the body as a whole.
As an experienced Pilates instructor, Tara trained with Polestar Pilates Australia and completed the Rehabilitative Clinical Pilates series. She integrates Clinical Pilates into her treatment approach to support self-management, improve movement patterns, and assist with injury prevention.
Tara utilises a wide range of Osteopathic techniques, with a particular interest in fascia and its role in long-term postural strain and chronic conditions. She is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge to refine treatment and management strategies, and enjoys the evolving challenges that Osteopathy presents in achieving better patient outcomes.
